Delete your account and data
Effective date: September 26, 2026
You can permanently delete your Viral Factory account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app — you do not need to contact us.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Open Viral Factory on your device and follow these steps:
- Go to Profile (bottom tab).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account, near the bottom of the screen.
- If you signed in with Apple, you may be asked to re-authenticate with Sign in with Apple to confirm it is you.
- Confirm deletion. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- your account and profile information
- your credit balance and transaction history
- every video, image set, carousel and character you generated, and their source media
- connected social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and their stored access tokens
- saved prompts and notifications
- your Sign in with Apple / Google link (the Apple grant is revoked)
What isn’t automatically affected
Deleting your account does NOT cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel it separately in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or it will continue to renew.
Content you already published to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube stays on those platforms; delete it there directly if you want it removed.
Copies already held by our analytics, crash-reporting and purchase providers (Mixpanel, PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat) and by our AI infrastructure provider (fal.ai) are not removed by in-app deletion. Email ridvan.uyn@gmail.com to request their deletion.
No access to the app?
Email ridvan.uyn@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or describe your account as best you can) and ask us to delete your account and data. We complete manual deletion requests within a few business days.
